Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy governs the products purchased from Ingenious Hub LLP (“Anihra”). Please read this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund on products under specific circumstances, provided the refund request is placed within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Circumstances for a Full Refund:
· You received the wrong product.
· One or more products are missing from your order.
· The product(s) were lost or damaged during transit.
· The product(s) delivered are past their expiry date.
· (In rare cases) The product causes an allergic reaction or does not suit your body.
· Mandatory Evidence: For all cases listed above, you must provide clear images of the product(s) showcasing the fault, damage, or expiry date.
· For missing products, our team will review our internal warehouse packing videos to verify dispatch. We request that you share images of the entire kit and packaging received when raising your request.
· Returns for Non-Defective Products:
· We understand that plans change. If you wish to return a product that is not defective, we accept returns ONLY if the product is sealed, unused, and undamaged. You must notify us within 7 (seven) days of receipt. We will arrange a reverse pick-up once your request is approved.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. To initiate a request, please provide your Order ID, the specific product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the request, and the required images.

Important Note on Promotional Offers & Free Gifts:
If you purchased a product that came with a gift or a promotional offer and wish to return the main product:
· You must return the free promotional product along with the main product.
· If the free product cannot be returned, the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. How the Return and Quality Check Process Works
· Step 1: Pickup Arrangement – Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will be scheduled to pick up the product, typically within 2 working days. (Timelines may vary based on your pin code, courier availability, and public holidays).
· Step 2: Quality Check (QC) – To be eligible for a refund, the product must pass a mandatory Quality Check conducted by our delivery partner at the time of pickup.
What is the Quality Check? The product must be in its original, untampered condition. The outer seal must be intact, and the product must show absolutely no signs of usage or opening.
· Step 3: Verification & Processing – Please return the product with all its original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials. Once it successfully passes the QC and is collected, we will initiate your refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can request to cancel your order at any time before it is delivered through any of our support channels (Email, WhatsApp, or the Anihra App/Website).
· If the order is already in transit: In exceptional cases where cancellation is processed but our courier partner still attempts delivery, please refuse the delivery.
· If delivery is accidentally accepted: If you accept a cancelled order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a reverse pickup. The products must remain sealed, unused, and untampered with.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return is successfully picked up and verified, the time taken for the money to be credited back to you depends on your original payment method:
