At Anihra, we are committed to your hair health journey. If you do not see visible results after consistently using your customised Anihra regimen for your defined eligibility period, you are eligible to apply for a full refund.
What counts as a "Result"? Depending on your initial hair profile, results are defined as visible hair regrowth, an increase in hair volume, a noticeable reduction in hair fall, or a reduction in dandruff.
Understanding Your Eligibility Period
Because every hair journey is unique, the time required to see results varies based on your personal health profile. It is not a standard 4–6 months for everyone.

· This policy only covers results (or lack thereof) within your defined eligibility window. It does not cover future results or subsequent hair changes beyond this period.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
· Consistent Usage: You must have purchased and used the complete recommended kits directly from the Anihra website or app.
· Timely Application: Your kit usage must align perfectly with your timeline. For example, if your eligibility period is 4 months, you must have used 4 complete kits consecutively over those 4 months to demonstrate regular usage.
· Photo Documentation: You must have submitted at least 3–4 clear, well-lit, unshaved scalp images evenly spread across the duration of your Anihra regimen.
· Consultant Check-ins: You must have completed at least two phone consultations with an Anihra Hair Consultant during your regimen.
· Request Timeline: Your money-back request must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing your final kit (as per your customised plan).

How to Apply
You can initiate your request in one of two ways:
1. Via Email: Send an email to info@Anihra.com with your latest order number and the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Request."
2. Via the App/Website: Log into your account, go to the Profile section, select Help & Support, and raise a ticket for the "Money-Back Guarantee."
How the Refund Process Works
· Step 1: Verification – Once your request is received, our team will review your account to ensure all eligibility criteria (purchases, photos, and consultations) have been met.
· Step 2: Expert Review – If you meet the criteria, your case will be assigned to an independent, qualified team of hair experts for evaluation.
· Step 3: Consultation & Final Decision – A dedicated call will be scheduled between you and our expert team. A final decision regarding your refund will be made during/after this assessment.
